Healthy and jovial work environment prevents employee burnouts. So giving its employees a vibrant workplace is what PJO aims at. The company frequently organises many sports and cultural events like Cultural fests, Cricket Tournaments, etc and has a regular participation from all employees.
An employee who laughs, has fun, and maintains a playful attitude at work is a happy employee. Happy employees tend to be more energetic, productive, and have an outlet for stress and tension. Also, happy employees build morale in themselves and other employees.
Acknowledgment and appreciation of achievements stimulate, foster and encourage a better attitude. Keeping this in mind we acknowledge any remarkable performance by an employee with the right kind of appreciation which in turn fosters productivity. The PJO employees are motivated and encouraged to take part in various cultural activities and several platforms are provided to bring the best artist & sports person in them.
A cultural committee consisting of representations from all the teams irrespective of their function, age, gender has been formed. The committee is instrumental in conducting various cultural events, Brain Teasers, Sports, creative contests etc. every month with a motive to spread laughter and strengthen Team building hence reducing stress of the employees. Many eligible employees are inspired to participate in inter team sports, quizzes, cultural activities, personality contests etc. held within the premises and also outdoor.

Monthly Event
A series of monthly events are organized by the cultural committee members like EK Minute contests, Antakshari, Online Quiz etc which acts as a stress buster for the employees and rejuvenates them through out the month.
PJO Fest
The Company celebrates PJO Fest every year commemorating its anniversary during which weeklong fun-filled events & process based competitions are conducted and several prizes are given away on the Final day of the celebration.
Perry Johnson Cricket Tournament would be conducted every year taking a day off from the busy schedule to bring out the Tendulkars & Dhonis in the Company. The Tournament is conducted between different Teams within the Company with equal representations of Female players in each team.
Floral Rangoli & Picnic
To cherish the beauty of our rich Indian culture, Floral Rangoli contest is conducted every year which displays the passion for creativity of our Teams with a theme. The Company organises outstation trips every year for all employees to refresh their energy levels by exposing them to the beauty of nature and increase their morale by giving them a break from their regular routine.
